(May 24, 2020, 3:33 pm)After a bad rain flooded our offices I found this Norman Franchisee on Google. I called around 7:30am and they had multiple trucks and a sizable crew on site in an hour or so. Dwight and Brock had their crews remove the half-inch of standing water and set dryers and dehumidifiers in something like two hours. As a service company owner myself, I am impressed with this well-oiled machine.

The gentleman that I was primarily working with through the company appeared to have only a third grade grammatical level, but he was very professional and seemed to care about the customer’s needs. Overall, they were an absolute blessing and I would completely recommend them to friends and family!
