(January 9, 2023, 10:26 am)I work in the oilfield and have been a red wing guy for 12 yrs. I came in and bought a pair of Cody James work boots after an issue I had with redwing. While at work I noticed the steel on one toe pointed down slightly and rubbed the top of my foot. When I went on days off I forgot to wash them so they exchanged them with no box and had drilling mud on them. Staff was very nice about the whole situation. I Highly recommend

Katie was a true delight and very patient. Finding a cowboy hat that fits my head is not easy, but they had one and I didn't have to settle for just anything. I'll be going back.
(January 8, 2019, 5:49 pm)I purchased a pair of their name brand boots (Cody James) in June of 2018, the soles started coming apart after I was assured by the salesman that they were solid soles (they were not). I brought them back to the store 6 months later in December 2018 to show them how poorly the boots are made not expecting them to do anything about it. Well, they did do something about it, they apologized and told me to get any boot I wanted. I did. I got the boots I originally wanted, a pair of Ariats. The price difference was comped by the store manager.
I had NO receipt, NO box and they exchanged them and took a $60 hit.
I will ALWAYS buy from Boot Barn!
