Roxanna and the team at Holiday Inn Jourdanton are outstanding. I stay in hotels frequently. It is so nice to be treated so kindly with such friendly and accommodating team members. The hotel is exceptionally clean both in the rooms and in the hotel lobby and dining area. Cassidy who works in food service remembers what I like and goes the extra mile always. Housekeeping is so friendly and helpful. If I ever have a request, the whole team is just nice and easy to work with. Excellent!

I was absolutely impressed with how clean my room was. It smelled so clean as well. Comparing to other hotels I have stayed at. I love the breakfast and loved how quiet and how polite the staff was. I spoke with Lupe I told her to keep up the good work and told her how happy I was with my stay. She was so friendly and nice. I will definitely be staying here again. Keep her she is definitely a keeper. Best customer service.

Room was spotless, everything was neat. Joy was very nice and respectful when I stayed there. Whoever is in charge of the house keeper department keep up the good work your ladies are all very respectful and very well trained. I will definitely be going there again.
