Contact reestablished by my Agents. . . . Corrections were properly handled this time (compensating for deficient notifications by the insurer - NOT this agency.) Follow-up by agents has been prompt and thorough. I am giving them 4 stars at this time. With consistency, they'll be well on their way to 5 stars in short order.
