(July 13, 2021, 11:40 am)This gym is different than any other gym I’ve stepped inside. People know each other and treat each other like community, be prepared to work your but off to when you arrive. This gym doesn't waste anytime helping you meet your goals. Overall a life changing community, and a place I enjoy working through hard times with a great workout and great people
(June 15, 2021, 9:20 pm)If you’re looking for a gym to get you in shape both physically and mentally then this is the gym for you. This gym provides quality training with a old school feel. No matter if you choose to do personal training or attend the group classes there is always someone to push and motivate you to be your best. The gym provides a great family atmosphere and the trainers are great! I love this place and all the people I train with.

Jon and the staff at the House of Power specialize in one on one training for all levels, overall wellness and dietary planning. At the same time, they offer a wide range of group classes for people of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, there's a spot for you here. I can't imagine where I would be today without the investment Jon has made in me and his passion to make me a better version of myself!
