(May 17, 2019, 1:44 am)I first met Mr. Despain in 1997-98 time frame. My insurance needs have always been met with Shelter. From the lake house to the Renters insurance the 5th wheel to the truck all have been provided with competative rates. His office staff have remained respectfull curtious and thorough all these years.
