She is very knowledgeable about nutrition and healthy lifestyle changes. If you can’t do something, she gives modifications, and is very encouraging.

(January 21, 2020, 3:45 pm)I have worked out with Vic for several years and absolutely love every minute of it!! She is such a caring and wonderful instructor! She is passionate about her job, but also about everyone she works with! Over the years, she has made me more aware of making healthy choices in food and portion sizes! After working out with her, I feel like a new woman! I have met some really great people here as well. I love having someone that works you out hard, but also gets the time in knowing you so she can make help you reach whatever goal it is, whether it is losing weight, making healthy food choice or both! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Vic has a passion for helping men and women at all fitness levels achieve their goals and offers flexible class times in studio and outside. She does continuous education to keep our spirit, body and mind all working together with strength and longevity!
