If you have come across my review let me save you some time. Ronnie was recommended by a good friend to help us sell our house. We never felt the deal was one sided, he was professional but personable and guided us in every step of the way. Most importantly our house was sold in less than a month and at a higher asking price than we imagined. If there was anything that needed to be repaired it was taken care of immediately. He went above and beyond and still continues to communicate with us, even though we have moved to another state. From a scale 1 to 10 in all fields, Ronnie and his team scored a highly satisfying 10.
Best realtor experience ever!

Ronnie and his team were amazing to work with. We needed to do some work on the house before it went on the market and he had the best people to get the jobs done. Because of all of his suggestions and help over seeing the work, we were able to get more than our asking price. He walked us through every step of the process. He made every thing go smoothly. Because of him and all of his help I highly suggest that you use him for your realtor and I have referred him to family and friends.

Ronnie is what every realtor should be, and is outstanding in every area. He is likable, smart, attentive to details, and very reachable. I couldn't have asked for any more than Ronnie and his team delivered for us.
He was there at every turn, explaining every detail, and even pointing out little things that we should do or have done, that I wasn't even aware of.
And most of all, he's a super nice guy that is funny and easy to talk to. You feel safe and secure with him in charge of your real estate dealings. I was worried I would get stuck with a realtor who was stodgy and kind of depressing, but that is not Ronnie, at all.

I met Ronnie calling on a house when we bought. He was great to work with helps out in all areas knows what he is doing and is always available to help with anything. We used him to buy now we are using him to sale and when we go to buy again we will use him again. Absolutely great at his job!
