Dr. Crystal Dockery, D.O.

Update: they are mandating masks. Hand sanitizer was available to everyone. I really liked Dr. Dockery. She took the time to really figure out my issues and how to help. Would recommend.

Not mandating masks during covid 19. No hand sanitizer to be seen anywhere. Most office personnel do not have masks on and also do not have hand sanitizer on their desks

I am a new patient to Dr. Dockery and she was so helpful and understanding to my medical history. She took time to explain alternative options and explained that there would be time to explore additional option in the future if things didn't work or assist me with my current concerns. She is patient and generous not only with her knowledge but her time. I never felt rushed or encouraged to "hurry up" like I have felt with some physician's. I highly recommend her to not only my friends but would definitely allow my own family members to be under her care. Thank you for such good customer services from all your staff.
