  I recently processed a small claim: after supporting information was provided to State Farm, Paul Garetson's office made sure my compensation was issued quickly without debate. It's refreshing to work with an organization who properly responds to customers in a hassle free, professional, and efficient manner.   Paul and his staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I always get a quick and pleasant response from them. Make you feel like they know you and you are not just a policy number. Natasha is the best! I HIGHLY recommend Paul and his awesome staff. Paul has given me great service for over 10 yrs. Please see if they can help you like they helped me. Natasha helped me learn that I could get a massive discount on my home owners insurance if I had impact resistant shingles installed. Would never have known! Thanks for everything!

  I've been working with Christian Servello for over a year now, dealing with rental property insurance. He is always very responsive to any questions or concerns I may have and also extremely knowledgeable on the subject. I highly recommend Christian and this State Farm business. Several people I know also have insurance with Christian and go on and on about how much money they've saved. He's a great insurance agent and just all around nice person to deal with!

  Christian reached out to me about switching insurance companies after I had completed an inquiry. Although I was busy running my companies, he was patient and stayed in contact with me letting me know that he was there for me anytime if I wanted a quote. Thank goodness he was because when I told him to go ahead and see what he could do for me I was shocked to learn that he was able to save me over $100 per month along with better coverage than I had in the first place!!! I even called my (now previous) agent to give them one last chance to at least match the quote that Christian had given to me. I never heard back from them at all. Needless to say, I went with Christian immediately. He was professional, helpful, knows his business, and understood exactly what my needs were. I rarely write a review but in this case I have to say that I was provided 5 star service and Christian went above and beyond for me. If you are looking for an insurance provider look no further than this group. You will be taken care of and you will save money at the same time. You won't regret it.

  I’ve never had a car insurance experience as nice as State Farm. While also maintaining an unprecedented degree of professionalism, the employees of State Farm are so caring, and they prioritize helping you no matter what. They try - and more times than not, succeed - in making sure you have the best plan at the best rates. The employee who helps me the most is Alexis. I hadn’t known such kind-heartedness from an employee until I had the fortune to discuss plans and options for insuring my home and car with her. An outstanding employee, and an outstanding State Farm office. I’d recommend State Farm to anyone and everyone thanks to Alexis and the rest of the employees at the Paul Garetson office. Thank you guys for everything!
