When I realized we had scheduled over a holiday weekend, and I would be without my home for extra days, I called Eric. He, without skipping a beat told me to go ahead and bring it in, stating that he and Patrick would get on it and get me out the same day, so I would have my home back. Once I pulled into the yard, I experienced nothing but professionalism and kindness. Eric and Patrick both came out and got started right away. Before I left the owner came out and met with me. “I went to Bethany Imports on a recommendation from a friend. The owner was to order me a transfer case and a seal for the transmission for my Toyota Sequoia. I had been quoted $900 but he only ended up charging me $650+ tax. I had to put down a $100 deposit and come pick it up in four days. I even bought a couple impulse buy pairs of sunglasses as well. I wish he would have had the people he ordered the transfer case from leave the dang actuator attached to the transfer case. The actuator has been nothing but a headache for me since we went and picked the transfer case up. I found out the actuator by itself is sold for $1500.00. I only need to replace two seals on the darn thing but I have to buy the whole thing not just the seals.”

“This was honestly the best service I have ever experienced in the auto industry. I had a unique situation where I needed to have a car seat removed. When I called he said he would do it and gave me a quote. He set up a time, kept it and even sent me detailed instructions on how to locate his shop. He was kind and friendly. Most important, the seat was NOT EASY to remove. It worked his butt off to get that seat out for me (in the heat). Even going as far to sand something done after he finally removed it to make sure it was safe. He has no quit in him! I would trust this man to do anything he says he could do on my car. This man is a true business man. I wish I could give him more then 5 stars.”

“Brought my wife's care into Action American Transmissions to have Wade evaluate a suspected transmission problem. He put it up on the lift, cleaned the trans, visually inspected all common trouble spots, and was able to determine that it wasn't a transmission problem after all. He even tested another system to see if we could narrow down the issue. It would have been very easy for a dishonest shop to give it a quick once over, say they'd need the car for a week to evaluate and then bill us for hours of labor just to say they couldn't find a problem, but Wade was 100% honest, professional, and courteous. I have no problem at all recommending Wade.”
