“Emily is very passionate about what she does. When I came to her, I was going through chemotherapy which we all know can cause digestive problems. Emily was very easy to work with. She helped introduce new things into my diet during that time period that helped my digestion and kept me regulated for the rest of my treatment. After my treatment was finished, she helped me get back on track with basic meal plans that I could expand on. “Losing weight can be easy, but keeping it off is difficult. I am reviewing the Sunday afternoon meeting as that is the only time I have attended. The program has been working for me, but I do understand there are multiple factors that play into being healthy. So let me focus on the meeting and location. The Sunday afternoon session has a wonderful coach in Shannon. He is enthusiastic and empathetic as he listens to our journeys of the struggles and the successes. He does a great job to give all of the members an opportunity to speak. The meetings feel short but informational. I also enjoy cheering on my fellow members. I have bought many of the products in the store. They are displayed nicely and easily accessible. All of the employees are super.”

“There was a situation with Dr. Mallory's office staff which was handled poorly, resulting in my not being able to see him at my appointment. Dr. Mallory phoned me personally to apologize for the debacle and assured me that he discussed with staff better ways to handle the situation which led to my not being able to see him. For a surgeon of Dr. Mallory's caliber to directly act upon a patient's dissatisfaction restores my faith in his character. I never doubted his ability as a surgeon and I can highly recommend his character.”
