“I love my new apartment here. I have not found anything negative here. Management is very dependable, friendly and conscientious to answer questions I may have or any maintenance I need. A lot of people expect immediate service. I don’t! I look around at the size of this complex and know the light fixture that I turned in to be replaced, can wait. I’m not the only person living here. But to my surprise, everything was taken care of within 1-2 weeks of moving in. My grandsons love it here as well. So to all my new neighbors having issues, I would like to say, we can always move someplace else where they have a 10 person maintenance crew, but we will pay for it, big time. And we will still not get immediate response. Maintenance is a busy, busy department. Be patient, be happy and help your neighbors all you can.”
