“We have rented from DMG for three years and have been absolutely thrilled with our experience with them. I called after seeing a sign on a property. The agent not only showed me that property, but others which were of same size and price range. They are pet friendly! We have had a few things come up that we have called maintenance including a busted water line, fence damage caused by a tornado, and one incident where our AC messed up. Every time we called, the front desk staff, Charla and Belinda, were very kind and quick to respond to our needs. Each issue was addressed timely, and with care. When they sent the plumber for the busted water line, we had issues with the plumber not showing up. Charla stayed on top of the plumber and ensured it was taken care of timely. We have been absolutely thrilled with our time renting from them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Norman area.”
