(June 14, 2021, 7:02 pm)I ordered a 10" fencing pliers case. The case I received was too short. I returned it. David Dixon called me when they got it and said they sent me the wrong one. He said that they were sending me the right one, and would refund the total cost plus my return shipping.
That's good business. With their more than fair response, DW Dixon earned my business and positive advertising. The case is quality work that will last.
