The hardest thing to do is put a love one into someone else's care/hands. I truly believe that my mom gets great care. The nursing staff are amazing, they treat her like their grandmother that they treasure. They have many activities, even thou my mother can't do them, they make sure to include her. I have been there when they do kaorke, it put the biggest smile on my face. I will tell you that the staff should not quit there day job for a singing career, but they get in there and give it their all. I know my mom loves the staff. I see all staff interact with the residents from housekeeping, maintenance personal, office workers to the kitchen. They have eyes everywhere watching them. When I have a problem, they will address it with me quickly and get it taken care of.

Rainbow, is a fantastic facility, from all the employees, to their administration. They show love & care for all the residents. They always have something neat to do for the residents, to be engaged in. I can’t thank them enough, for the care they provide for my wife!

I have worked in the industry and had many family member’s in faculties. I have to say that I am very impressed with the professional staff and employees caring and professional care they give to our loved ones. I love the patio area and music to enjoy the outdoors with all the residents. I receive weekly updates with COVID information for the facility and our loved ones. Also if I didn’t mention they have multiple activities for the residents. Always greeted with a smile from employee’s. In my opinion there is not a better facility I would choose for my loved ones.

Wonderful people who care a great deal for their residents. They have activities each day and church service Wednesday/Sunday. The staff work very hard to create a fun and loving environment for residents, my Dad is very happy!

Great place to work. The staff is friendly and welling to help. Many improves are happening within the facility.
