There was an issue with the location we sent a letter to. They tried to deliver it twice with no luck. It was a time sensitive thing so I called and Justin answered. He heard me out and then went above and beyond to personally deliver the letter. It was such a weight off our shoulders and I’m so very thankful! He really made our day. If you see this, thank you again Justin! You’re awesome.

I'm giving 5 stars for Wendy that works at the post office. She was so nice and very helpful. I had a package that was sent to my old address in Mannford and she stayed true to her word that she would try to get it back for me. She is having it sent to current address as I type this. I feel like she went above and beyond even though I no longer live in Mannford. Thank you Wendy!
