Wonderful communication, excellent work! I felt secure leaving a large repair job in their hands. We received weekly updates throughout the process as well as detailed explanations of hiccups and delays caused by parts delivery or insurance. They didn't wait around for days and weeks to pass by because of insurance issues, but were proactive and persistent dealing with the insurance company to clear every step. The team at i-care literally live up to their business' name!

The driver door latch on my 1999 Ford Ranger stopped working and I could not unjam it. Thinking it was broken I took it to I-care and talked to Mike (I think that was his name). He looked at it, poked the lock with his pen, went back inside to get some lube, sprayed it and now it works again. Took all of 5 minutes and no charge. Very friendly and professional, if I ever need actual body work done this is where I will go.

Finished earlier than the estimate and didn’t charge me for what they couldn’t do. So nice to have honest, quality work. Kind staff as well. An ice cream shop is two blocks away, which makes the trip more fun. 🤣
