(July 15, 2022, 9:21 pm)First off, I've used this pharmacy for years. Secondly, the customer service skills of certain techs has been less than impressive at times. I've got to say that over the recent months (I am there every month) I've had the pleasure of speaking with Caty at the pharmacy! She is so kind and upbeat that she has changed my whole experience at this pharmacy!! Her customer service is great and I always hope that she is the one to help me at the counter! You never know what someone may be going through and a little kindness can go a long way!! Keep up the great work Caty we appreciate your smile!!
