It's not the clerk or pharmacist fault the doctor office didn't send prescription or insurance denied a medicine. Yes, staff and pharmacist have off days, like we all do. Think about that next time you have a bad day, please don't take out on people trying to do their best to serve you as a customer. Being kind is free, check your attitude.
