Really nice and friendly.
I probably would have given them 5-stars, however I called twice.... once to find out how much I owed, and once to tell him that I was on my way. Neither time did they tell me it was cash only. I think that was an important detail, I just happen to have enough to pay for the bill without running to the bank to get more.

Waited 2 hours for another tow company that never showed up. Called above average and they arrived quickly and were cheap.
