People complain about being disconneted, honestly that is likely not the dhs employees fault. People also complain about them not knowing about details. They are only allowed information their position allows them to know. It is a government office, and oftn people are very restricted in what they can do and tell you. My experience has been positive every time I have spoken to them. They have been helpful and courteous. They are human, they are limited in what they are allowed. With that knowledge maybe you should speak to a different office or ask for a supervisor to assist with your problems. These folks are helping my household afford to cover our needs, without them Me and my kids would be sunk. Thank you DHS.
