It's very nice. Management are nice people as well. Will work with you if you have a financial situation come up. Only negative is the kids can't stay out the driveway, but that's a minor thing

Had a brief 6 month stint living here. Wasn't so bad. The grounds themselves were well kept. Most of the "homes" were well maintained and in good shape. The trashy elements were minimal and mostly kept to the pool. I can't speak of the management as I never personally dealt with them.

It would be better if they Clea ed it up as far as trash that has sled out of the trash bins, and also mowed all the empty lots. And since it's summer they should keep the pool open later, just saying, otherwise it a pretty nice place to live in.
