  My number one BBQ spot was been dethroned!This is the best BBQ I have ever had. My number 1 spot was Lewis BBQ in Charleston SC. The butcher BBQ stand has just taken my number 1 spot. Overall this place 10 out of 10! The pulled pork was by far the best pulled pork I’ve ever had. The turkey was so moist and had such great flavor!, the smoke came through perfectly, The ribs were perfect!! The texture of the ribs were amazing. The seasoning and the bark were fantastic. I will say I have had better brisket but not by a lot. I would say there brisket is top 3 or top 2 for me and was still amazing! We have been through the Carolina’s, Texas, Tennessee and now Oklahoma. The butcher BBQ stand is the win! Oh also get there early!!! We got there 30mins before they open and it was raining and there was about 30 people in front of us. Once they opened, the line was way out the door!!

  My buddies and I love barbecue and we have been looking for a good place since we have moved to Oklahoma City a couple of years ago. We heard about the Butcher BBQ Stand and had to try it. We got there at 10 am to wait in line so we could order at 11 am. They serve cold beer. They have domestic and craft. They even partner with one of the local breweries to make a beer unique for them. We ordered the meat locker with burnt ends and it was freaking delicious. This was the best barbecue I have ever had. The dry rubs are great and the sauces are great. I was with two Texans and both of them said the brisket was great. The jalapeño cheddar sausage and smoked chicken was delicious. The meat locker was so much good we were stuffed. My favorite side was the potato salad. I can’t wait to go back!

  AMAZING bbq! Definitely worth the wait in line! All of the meats and sides are incredible! We ordered the "Meat Locker", which includes Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Chicken, All sausages, 3 sides, bread and twinkies. We got the potato salad, Mac and cheese, and apple pie beans for our sides, and they did not disappoint! Next time we are going to get some burnt ends as well! They are open 11am to 3pm (unless they sell out first!). I suggest getting in line about 45-60 minutes before they open. We got there 30 minutes prior and had to wait at least an hour past opening. They do open the doors at 9am for the line to start forming if you want to wait in the A/C.

  The wait is well worth the grub but come early!
  There is a reason this place is only opened 3 days a week and they sell out every time: they stuff is SO GOOD. burned ends, rips and brisket are my personal favorites. They are on the pricier side and some say it is not worth it, but when rip crib charges $25 for mediocre ribs trust me this place will blow your socks off.
