He spends a nice amount of time with me on the phone asking all the details and going over any questions I had. I was so nervous and scared, but he brought comfort and light to the situation. I continue to be blown away by them. Especially as an Adult Soonercare Insured patient! It feels really good knowing that even on Medicaid, I am still able to enjoy the highest quality and standard of care. You get used to sub par care and providers when you are on gov subsidized health insurance. Most in my shoes never expect to be offered, much less receive such outstanding treatment.
