Rika, Kimberly, Cathy, Marta and everyone else I do not know the names of was a beautiful approachable staff with great big hearts of service, care and professionalism. What makes this hotel great is 1) location of the beaten path but right next to essential shopping and some decent restaurants with easy access to old town for the really good stuff; and 2) THE FRONT DESK STAFF, esp. Rika and the other ladies, who were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Keep in mind that this hotel caters to pet owners and families, so be prepared for barking dogs and squealing kids, and try and stay on the top floor if you can to avoid overhead room aerobics ceiling clomping. Be sure to try the old town restaurants and take a hike up the Nob Hill trail.

Unfortunately.....
My 93 year old mother Passed away with me at her side in our Room 😭
So although The Room was wonderful.
The Final weeks of My mother's life were spent here....in our Room by ourselves 💔🙏😭
