  In these difficult times, Jason Williamson was determined and dedicated in finding and exceeding my expectations. After almost a year of communications, Jason was able to provide the perfect vehicle with more accommodations than I expected. And, the price was right! Newby-Vance and Jason deserve 10 stars!

  It took me five(5) years to get here, but Mr. Jason Williamson and Newby-Vance Mobility, made it worth the wait. Mr. Williamson brought back something that we thought was long gone in the Customer Service/Sales industry..."Customer Delight"! In this day and age you don't get that type of treatment anymore; no one's willing to take the time and go the extra miles. When we started this journey, my husband and I dreaded it, because we knew we would literally have to mentally prepare for the "pushy", "get the sale by any means necessary" salesmen; but to our surprise, instead, we got a Friendly, understanding, knowledgeable salesman, who didn't pull any antics and he wasn't pushy. Jason was very helpful and he listen. He was also, accommodating...He provided us with transportation from the airport; Even after hours...all the flight delays and cancellations. Mr. Williamson gave us his undivided attention and made us feel like we were a priority. I told him exactly what I wanted and in a short amount of time he came back to me with exactly what I asked for. This was the smoothest and fast transaction I have ever experienced. We were provided with 5-star, stellar service. From the moment I reached out to him with a brief inquiry, Jason was responsive, and extremely knowledgeable; not only about the vehicle itself, but in general, before-during-after the sale. He walked us through the entire process of Newby-Vance's "Click it to Drive", internet shopping from the comforts of our home, which happens to be in another state. Mr. Williamson attention to detail and his desire to satisfy his customer, made our deal seamless and the process painless. I told Jason, and now I want to let everyone else know that Newby-Vance Mobility, set the bar, high, across the board; Customer Service, Vehicles, and the buying experience, you will not find anyone better!
  
  PS! Even after the sale, Mr. Williamson and the Newby-Vance family have continued to help us get familiar with our new vehicle and they are still standing by the sale.   My van is equipped with hand controls and and under-mount ramp. If I ever have any issues they are addressed ASAP, with courtesy and knowledge. The owners are hands on and must treat their employees well because there is very little turn-over.

  I just have to tell you how wonderfully blessed we were to find Newby Vance Mobility Sales. Our salesman, Sam was so kind and helpful! Keep in mind we’re from the Texas panhandle and all this was done through phone calls and email. The van is so much more than I ever dreamed we’d have. And then, Marcus Newby drove the van out here in 100+ degree day. Thank you Sam for being so kind and helpful!! You’re a wonderful salesman!! Marcus, thank you too for your kindness!!
