  Called the automatic refill service yesterday to refill my prescription and it told me that I can pick it up today after 10 a.m. went to pick my presction up this afternoon and the pharmacist told me has to clear insurance still. Something doesn't seem right. The automatic service needs updated to say the correct stuff if that is not the case people needs to step it up and keep their word. Both should say the same stuff not be different

  I talked with a woman pharmacist who' was extremely knowledgeable on the phone. I went to the store and she was even more helpful. She helped me figure out the right eye medicine, lotion, etc. Specifically for my situation. Staff very good at protecting privacy. Shelves well -stocked.

  The NICEST pharmacy staff ever. Seriously. I've had so many issues with insurance and they have been so sweet and kind explaining everything. They were super nice when my kids went repeatedly for covid testing. Been using them for 2 years and it's been fantastic.

  When I moved to Guthrie in 2014 I started getting my prescription filled here at Walgreens. There is no way that I can tell you how good the customer service is at this particular location. Fahad, Derek and Barbara and others will go way beyond to help you and with an attitude that is so nice and refreshing. In October of 2020 I moved and today I am back here, and guess why? There is no pharmacy staff that can compare to them anywhere. You give respect and you get respect. Way to go Division Walgreens. Happy to hear your happy and friendly voice..as usual..Barbara!!
