  Highly recommend, friendly front desk staff and affordable pricing.
  We brought in a neighborhood stray cat to be spayed and were able to get an appointment within less then a week. Compared to other veterinarian clinics who couldn’t perform a spay on a cat for at least 3 to 5 months. Also other clinics were considerably more expensive on top of having a long waiting period to be seen.
  The staff at Cross Town made sure to keep good communication through phone calls after we dropped off the cat for the procedure. When I dropped off the cat the front desk was swamped with other people dropping off their pets and the front desk still made me feel like a valued customer and didn’t act like they were just trying to rush me through even though there was a long line behind me. They still managed to work people through at a fast pace and had multiple staff members assisting people at the front counter.
  I also greatly appreciate that they prescribed pain medication for the cat following the surgery. We have had probably 6 other cats spayed or neutered and never received any pain medications from other locations. To me that shows they honestly care how your pet is feeling and doing and do not just view your pet as a quick dollar.
  I will definitely be a returning client with this clinic.

  Staff are very personable and comforting. We were there with our 18 year old dog who was having heart issues... we have used this office for years and are very pleased with them.

  Dr. Black is wonderfully patient with my questions and really great with my dogs and cats. The clinic's prices are very reasonable and the support staff is fantastic. I highly recommend Crosstown Vet :)

  My first experience with Crosstown was 16 years ago. A pup I had just adopted was bitten by a snake, and Crosstown were the only people in Guthrie with an emergency vet on staff that summer morning. I was only a teenager then, the pup was my first dog, and Crosstown staff helped me with a process I'd never navigated and helped a very worried Dog Dad with professionalism and the swiftness that situation called for. Thanks to the folks at Crosstown, my beloved Brindle lived 14 healthy and joyful years before passing in 2019. November of 2021 - my family took in a stray that wandered onto our property, and I called Crosstown to schedule a checkup for him. A little less than a week before our new Buddy's checkup, he sustained a bite from another dog in a less than pleasant location, and again, I was forced to make an emergency run to the vet with a freshly adopted pup. When I showed up panicked with an injured animal, the prompt and professional service I'd experienced all those years ago was immediately applied again. They calmed a stressed customer and promptly checked out a sullen pup. While Buddy was a bit of a mess when we got to Crosstown, he is back home sleeping on his favorite couch, and is expected to make a full and healthy recovery. I cannot at all sing my praises for this location and staff enough. For at least the 16 years that I've known of the location, they've clearly been offering the same expert services and extraordinary customer support that any pet parent would be ecstatic to receive. I highly recommend this location to anyone that doesn't have a regular vet in town, or for any new pet parents. Thanks again Crosstown, amazing job.
