The location is great and you can walk across to the inn at winstar and get the bus to winstar if don’t want to drive. The room was big. I stayed in the king suite. The bed is very hard. At least in the room I stayed in. The room does have a microwave and mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The breakfast is a grab and go breakfast. I think all of us came in the breakfast area looking for some eggs. So no eggs or meat. They do have a waffle maker and some mini sausage biscuits to heat up in microwave. Also pastries and cereal. Overall a good place to stay if you wanna gamble or watch a show at Winstar.
We've stayed here twice and it's not bad. It's very close to the casino and you can walk across the street to the Inn where there's shuttle service to and from the casino. We noticed a funky smell in the lobby on our recent stay but our room was clean and decent. They let you know at check in that if you're not out of the room by 11am the next day, they'll charge you for another day (which is a little extreme) and they mean it. 10 minutes before 11am they'll start blowing you up on the phone to make you get the hell out (which is over the top). I haven't really had that experience before except for here.
Nice location with casino in walking distance and pool. But pool was green and full of bugs in the middle of summer. Front desk was reluctant to provide extra towels for our suite housing a family of 6 with 3 beds, but only 4 towels. You must bring dirty towels and pickup clean ones at front desk. Drains did not drain in the sinks, food purchased from the convenience store was expired and there were damages to the room you can see were repaired, kinda. The elevator also had damaged buttons that promted me to take the stairs instead, more of a safety concern for me personally. I hate to complain, but for the money spent, there was so much left to be desired. We didn't choose a small room and cram our family in, we informed them there were 6 of us. We chose to pay more for a 'nice' place to rest on our way through after a long day of driving. But this was not it. I'm sorry again, but I read reviews, so this is for those who do too.
