Kari and the team at Tri-City Roofing came personally recommended from a family member, so from the moment she came out to provide her initial assessment we felt at ease working with her. She clearly communicated the process and was responsive to all of our inquiries and concerns. We had a full roof replacement, garage doors, windows and gutters replaced after a hail storm. Kari worked expertly to GC all of the work and our place was repaired to better than new quicker than most and we were happy with the results long after the job was completed. Matt Yunker was at my house and had my roof repaired less than 24 hours after I called. I had some minor leaks in my roof (not due to Tri-city) and Matt inspected it, found the leaks, explained to me what needed to be done, and fixed it all in one trip. Matt was professional, and took the time to explain to me what had happened to cause the leaks. His experienced manner gave me the assurance that my roof was fixed correctly. We had some missing shingles and I thought we were going to have to file a claim for a new roof. Kris came out and told us it actually just needed a quick repair. We had two other companies that told us we needed a new roof. I appreciate Kris being up front and honest. He could have encouraged us to file a claim like the other companies, but instead he fixed our roof for a reasonable price. We definitely recommend you contact Kris!
