Storage 'R' Us Newcastle HWY 37

I visit this place for the attached dog wash. It's nice to have an indoor place to wash my dog where I don't have to lean over forever. They recently got their credit card swiper working again, which is great for people like me that never have cash. I just wish the other patrons would rinse out the tub after washing their dog. Seems pretty easy to me, but it's full of hair most of the time. Five stars for the facility. Two stars for the other patrons. Lol

The staff was not only extremely helpful for storage but even asked me how my family was doing two months after a casual conversation about a hardship we had.

The people that work there are wonderful. I've been storing over there for 2 years now. Twice they called me to tell me my unit wasn't secured (because of something I did), and once Mike had to cut my lock off because I lost my key. I highly recommend this place. It is clean and very secure.

Convenient and clean. Friendly staff. I love the fact that they have a dog wash on site!

They are a great bunch of people. They will help us any way they can. Mike will help us with calling if there is something we need to know.
