(November 8, 2020, 9:02 am)My experience at this State Farm agency was great BUT earlier at Tony Brummitt office was one of disrespect and that the office worker just DID NOT want to assist a State Farm member just because I was not covered that office.
(September 15, 2020, 8:02 am)So far so good! I've only had them for just under a month but customer service is 5 star! I was looking for a cheaper alternative for my car insurance and they saved me 100 dollars a month with a teenager on the policy!! Every question I have thrown at them has gotten answered!! I wouldn't have thought state farm was a even a option when looking for cheaper car insurance but I'm very pleased with my savings!
