Robert Allen, the owner of this business, is great to work with. I have had only WONDERFUL experiences with him and the interlock device. Nobody wants an interlock so when you have to get one, with no other option, it’s refreshing to have it be a more then pleasant experience. I recommend going to him for all your interlock needs! You will be glad you did for the reason of his customer service to the knowledge and care he will have on the installation!
Lucas was a tremendous blessing after our device went awry 700 miles from home, with another 600 miles to go until reaching our destination. After 2+ hours on the phone with the call center and no resolution, Lucas returned my call, after hours and on a Saturday. He met us at the business and fixed the problem within minutes. Not only was he helpful, but he was patient and kind even though I was frustrated and anxious. I was sure to thank him profusely and would advise anyone needing help, to call him first. Providing roadside assistance for any and all issues regarding the interlock device. No expensive towing costs or service fees when servicing the equipment. They will come to you and correct/replace any component of the system.
(Except if you're on vacation and hundreds of miles away! lol). - In that case, the local shop would contact the nearest Guardian location to you and make arrangements to remedy the situation.
