Every aspect of our visit was thoughtfully handled. Communication was clear and compassionate. We both were immediately comfortable with our vet and the staff. The new patient gift bag was a hit!

We recently had to put down our much loved Boxer, got him at 6 weeks and he was turning 10 years this August. Due to seizures he'd been having the past year, woke up to find he was paralyzed, unable to move his hind legs, moved to the front legs and lost continence.
Dr. Jamison and her staff were exceptionally kind, treating us with true sympathy and compassion. Our Bull fell asleep with my husband and myself making sure our voices were the last he heard.
We'd lost our female quite suddenly over a year ago and unfortunately, Dr Jamison was out of town. The 'vet' available charged over $850 to put her down... Northside's bill including the memory paw? $155.
Trust and compassion is priceless. Thank you, Dr Jamison and your incredible assistants for making our loss not hurt as bad. God bless.....

Whether a new customer or an old you get the comfortable conversation that only established clients are accustom to & on the other end the new client greeting & open support one would expect from the staff, as if you were a beloved child be taught things good & healthy from a loving family member!
