Great company, takes good care of their employees and great customer service!
fcfs took about an hour per truck to unload. letting in 1 truck at a time to unload. pull up to gate and call the number on the sign to check in. spent 3 hours here, driveway long enough to park if you get there the night before
Very nice people and they put me in the door 3 hours before my appointment.
Overall delivery experience wasn't bad at all. It all depends on when you arrive and how many trucks are ahead of you when you arrive. Once you bump the dock, it doesn't take long to get unloaded. Pretty quick unload time. Hopefully it's not raining when you deliver. It can get pretty muddy around the dock area. Best thing is to be there when they open at 9am or before they close at 5pm.
