“I called Alan around 1:30 on a Saturday and told him about my a/c on my 2011 Yukon XL Denali. I noticed it stopped cooling at idle. I was not able to bring it in right away due to I was getting lunch for my family. He worked with me, and I was able to get my Yukon to him at 2:30 or so and he got my car cooling like it is supposed to be cooling again. He did the job right and took the time to suck down the a/c system like you are supposed to. And charged the a/c back to what the Manufacturer suggests. It is working like it used to now. Alan is honest, hard-working and will not sell you extra things that you don't even need. Alan is a professional all around mechanic!”

“I called during happy hour to try out a strawberry limeade that has my sister sold at a discount. The drink didn't do much for me and I'll stick to the traditional most yummy cherry limeade. The last few times I've had their cherry limeade it's had a new most delicious flavor, seemingly a kiss of vanilla, that definitely wasn't there in the past. I hadn't had one since forever til the past year. My visits here have ranged from 3-5 stars. The pretty very sweet girl at the window had most long and also painted fingernails that I feel compromise the sanitary, safe, and professional handling of food. 4 stars this call.”

Bad roofer contacted Ed at Mastercraft who worked with bad roofer to make right on my roof deal. Ed came out, put on a BEAUTIFUL roof and they didn't blow off during the slightest breeze!!! Ed took no money from me because he understood my plight and the fact that none of this was my fault. He didn't want me to lose anything in the deal.
