Nicoma Park Intermediate Elementary School

I lived their briefly before moving North during the pandemic. When I was finally able to speak with someone, they were amazing!

I did not like that in a one bedroom that the bathroom was in the bedroom….but not sure where else they would place it as I felt the apartments were small. I’m sure because it’s Florida, people do not wear a lot of heavier clothing, but the closet was small!

I honestly did not feel safe there, had my license plate stolen two weeks before I was moving….then again, I did not even try to meet people in the community as I knew I was leaving!

$1200 for a one bedroom isn’t horrible, but I did feel cramped.

I love living here! I’d bounced around through college and post grad, never settling in an apartment for more than 10 months in the past 7 years. Arium is the first place where it felt right to resign- I couldn’t imagine moving from my beautiful apartment and the great community here. The staff is considerate, caring and always ensures I feel heard. Maintenance is quick, responsive and helpful. The grounds are well kept and it’s quite a pretty (and very safe!) complex to walk through. The prices are reasonable for what’s received, the community is friendly and kind, and overall I couldn’t be happier here!

I work for the metro library out reach program. I go to this school after school to read to the YMCA day care children. I can't tell you about the teachers, principal, building, etc. The children I read to are well behaved, listen with intent, and can answer questions about the book read. I enjoy going to this site every week!
