Mill Valley Duplexes

I cant say enough good things about this place and Dewey. I recently have had some hard times and him and his daughter have been so understanding and patient. Easily had I been renting elsewhere I could possibly be homeless right now but they truly care and want to help in any way they can. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood, great homes and amazing landlords this is the place to be.

The manager at Mill Valley is personable and professional and he approaches the job with a great deal of experience. He addressed all issues we requested in a timely manner. The properties are clean, safe, and maintained appropriately. The floor plan we lived in provided a surprisingly effective use of square footage, further adding to a positive experience my family had while staying in this housing development.

This neighborhood is very quiet. The yards are well kept and maintained on a weekly basis. The homes are in great shape. the carpet had just been replaced, new paint on the outside, and all light fixtures well kept upon moving in. the kitchen has great space and the appliances are in great condition. Kind people in the neighborhood, and the manager is very nice.

I love the place where I lived since October 2012. The place is really nice, clean, and beautiful. I felt safety here..

The manager is really sweet and awesome .... God Bless him ...
