Real Meals Kitchen

Love this place! My body feels so good after eating here. The smoothies are amazing. The BLT is awesome. Just overall a great clean place to grab healthy food. Also would be a great place to study for anyone looking.

I was so happy to find this place! Being plant based in Oklahoma is not the easiest task, but it is definitely easier with a place like Real Meals. My wife especially loved the enchiladas and the peanut butter bar.

Real Meals Kitchen is where it is at! We recently tried all the healthy cookies Laryssa makes and WOW! Even my little sister who has a hard time with healthy snacks LOVED them. We're so grateful for what they provide for the community!

I am super-stoked to have found this place. There are not nearly enough healthy lunch places in north OKC/Edmond, and to find one that is both healthy and plant based (I'm not full time plant based, but I am trying to work my way more onto that bandwagon) was very exciting. The food and smoothie I ordered were both fantastic (even for my meat-eating self), and the lady behind the counter was incredibly personable. All in all, I want to eat there five days a week.
