Charles Vision Center

I have been looking for a new optometrist for a little while and luckily I found Dr. Charle’s office. From the moment I called to just inquire to walking out of my appointment, everything was great. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Charles was very informative throughout the appointment. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They didn’t try and sell me anything extra or do any unnecessary things. I will definitely be coming back year after year.

Dr Charles' optometry practice has been my family's vision optometrist for many years. They appear to try to not schedule patients back-to-back which suits me because I always have lots of questions – and I wouldn't want to cause a delay for the next patient. (There are not usually any waiting patients!) Dr. Charles always provides thorough answers to all my questions - even addressing some concerns about conclusions reached by my ophthalmologist. Needless to say, the man is marvelous and I'll be quite sad whenever he decides to retire!

From the first email to the visit they made the process very easy.
The staff very is friendly. There is not a long wait once you are there, some places your appointment is at 11 and its 1130 before they call you. My appointment was 11 and i was called at 1055.
Dr Charles explained ALL my options he went over the pros and cons of all my options. If you're looking for a new eye DR give Charles Vision Center a call.

Been going here for about 9 years and I can't think of a better experience I've had. Dr Charles is thorough and communicates well.
If you ask a complicated or nuanced question, he will give a clear and manageable answer. Jessica, in particular, is such an asset but all the staff are friendly and quite competent. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Definitely worth the drive. Dr. Charles and his staff are very friendly from the phone call you make for your appointment until the moment you leave from your vision exam.

Before, I went to an eye doctor that made me feel “stupid” and awful for asking any questions related to my vision. I even got yelled at.

However, my encounter with Dr. Charles was very calm and informative. I told him about my past experiences with my previous eye doctor, and he assured me that there would be no yelling or attitude. He establishes excellent rapport with his customers and knew exactly what I needed to correct my vision. I think for the first time ever, I was able to clearly read the bottom line of the eye exam chart. I was in and out in 10 - 15 minutes.

I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Charles and his staff. I will be recommending him to my friends and family.
