HealthCARE Express Urgent Care - Edmond, OK

Experience with EVERY staff member was very pleasant. They addressed each of my concerns with utmost care and made sure I had time to explain everything. They were very good at listening and letting patients feel welcome!! Would definitely recommend this Urgent Care for anybody.

My service was very fast with extreme carefulness and courtesy. The reception area is very clean including bathroom. They even have complimentary coffee and comfortable chairs although I didn’t use because I was treated so fast! Parking is very convenient at an east-to-find location. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

Care was exceptional. I was tested for Influenza and Covid. The front desk personnel, Cass, was competent and efficient. Medical assistant, Jessica, was professional and explained the testing process to me. I felt very comfortable during the process. The provider, Cherity Nurse Practitioner, explained the care and treatment of my diagnosis thoroughly. I left confident that I would feel better soon.

It was a really long wait today- but it's a holiday weekend with very limited health services open. Nurse Alicia was great. She was so kind and compassionate - awesome bedside manner. She apologized for the long wait and was very thorough but efficient. The PA was outstanding! She immediately had diagnosis and action plan. She was super!!!

Easily one of the most wonderful experiences I've had in terms of Healthcare. The three nurses/doctors who cared for me during my visit were phenomenal, and you can tell how much they genuinely care for you.

In addition, they have a little free library out front to drop off and pick up new books. 10/10 experience!

Special shootout to Jessica, the nurse who got me checked in today. Her kindness left a lasting impact that stood out from the experience.
