(June 17, 2021, 11:05 am)I did not have an appointment, but I was in and out in less than five minutes. The electronic check-in process at the front desk was easy and they promptly called me back to draw blood! I was impressed.
(December 12, 2019, 2:40 pm)Today I had a great experience at the DLO lab. They were SUPER busy, by 9 am they had seen more people than the entirety of the prior day and were continuing to roll people through without making them feel rushed or not important. They even bent over backwards to help another lady in the waiting room achieve what she needed. Way to go lab team!
