I got to train with Luke Tirey for the last week and it was well worth the time. The instruction was clear, concise, and easy to digest with a quality workout to go along with each session. If you are in OKC and you're not training at this facility you are missing out.
Greent Strength is amazing! There is not a better place to be found for learning the most healthy and effective techniques for solid foundations in strength and mobility. The instructors are constantly gaining new knowledge from the best in the world, and they are excellent at passing this down to us. I just can't say enough good things about this place.
