Pros: Great staff here! Love the amenities and activities! Friendly neighbors. Pets welcome. Convenient parking. Feels safe. Large rooms and kitchen island. Lovely modern designs. Great location to Deer Creek schools. Rent is a fair price. If I need something fixed, it’s taken care of right away. Love that the clubhouse has snacks and a cool coffee/hot chocolate machine and it’s free for residents! Everything functions well in the apartment. Great lighting. Great trash service.
Cons: The new construction was rushed so there’s many flaws throughout the apartment. It was very dirty from construction when we moved in. We spent several hours cleaning before we could unpack. I’m highly allergic to dust so I felt sick for a few days.
The bedroom closet light switch is in the most inconvenient place. There’s construction trash dumped on the awnings.
They have you pay rent through an online account and charge a $34 fee for using it each time you pay rent. That just feels like an unnecessary added charge.
Oh my goodness, where to start. I was thrown into an emergency type situation when my current landlord informed me 2 days ago they were selling my house and I needed to be out in 30 days. I started emailing rental companies and apartment complexes in the area. I heard back first from Jenifer at 35DN. She was able to get me into an apartment the same day. The approval process was smooth and very informative, they are pet friendly. I wasn't able to walk the property because it happened so fast, but I didn't care because I was desperate to get a place locked in. I know it's a beautiful property, because I drive by it every day and the area is where I currently live. It's in a great school district and close to all the major highways. I can't thank the staff at 35DN enough for helping me during this crisis and helping me stay in the neighborhood!
Maintenance has been a massive blessing, fixing all of our needs immediately upon request. Herman is who we have been in contact most, and he has diligently explained the processes and laws associated with this, often going above and beyond expectations.
