Very friendly and helpful. I needed to renewed my policy (with a different insurance company) and felt the huge increase wasn't sitting well. I decided to get quotes from other insurance providers. GEICO office was nearby so I swung into their office. I was able to met with Cynthia Ruiz Flete right away. She was super easy to work with and knowledgeable. After providing her with some basic information about our cars and drivers, she pleasantly and promptly provided a few quotes with different options.
