They take excellent care of me. Don't try to sell me extra stuff. Make sure I have the quality gear for my needs. The prices don't break the bank.

AND they reconditioned my boots with oil complementary. My boots were almost a year old and well worn in. After they're refurbishment I'll probably get an entire nother year of abuse out of these boots. Excellent Excellent quality and customer service

Super nice staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. They stand behind their products, I have had my shoes replaced under warranty.

The problem is the NEVER have any inventory. I have gone in 5 times now over a year, trying to buy a pair of shoes instead of going online. I want to pay more money to have any issues taken care of. I really don’t understand why a brick and mortar retail shoe store doesn’t have shoes in stock.

These are some high dollar shoes that are worth the price. The employees are beyond helpful and not in some annoying salesman type of way. They want you to get the right fit and proper support. Let's be serious our feet need to be taken care of. They do have limited options for women, but they still have options. Support this place, they deserve it!
