If you live anywhere near Deer Creek and are not using this clinic for yours pets, then you are overpaying and more than likely getting less than quality care for your pets. After this last major surgery, my Schip recovered faster than I ever thought possible. Plus, my final bill was just what I was quoted before hand. That is a 1st. In my past experience where urgent care was needed, the quote never matched the bill. There was always extra B.S. added with no explanations - just taking advantage of the situation, but not with Dr. Cross. I highly recommend him for he communicates and educates very well and is understandable. No circle talking to confuse clients. A proven choice for trust and reliability for my loved ones' care. And the Wine store next door helps relieve any stress of dragging a pet to the vet.”

I recently mentioned a work-related shoulder injury to him, honestly just in passing because I had already been seen by employee health, and it took him 20 seconds to figure out it was subluxed and reduce it back into place. I didn't even know it was dislocated. I feel better every time I leave his office.”

“Now there are 3 eye doctors at the clinic. I’ve been seen by all and all are knowledgeable, kind and listen to your questions. The office staff is also helpful and friendly. They take the time to help you understand. I’ve had cataract surgery done by Dr Hogue with excellent results. With the lens implants I’ve got perfect vision and don’t need glasses. Recently I had a change in my eye sight and Dr. Hogue zapped my eye with a laser. There is nothing to it. Over time the “sac”can get cloudy and this procedure takes away the cloudiness. Don’t think twice about going to see any of these doctors. They are all excellent!.”

His staff is always professional and friendly, and his in-office physical therapists are awesome. Skilled nursing was way different than what we were expecting but I felt informed and in the loop and gained a great education on how to be a care taker from a great team of caretakers.
