Friendly cashier named Jamie greeted us right away. The store is clean and well stocked. If I lived closer to this store,I would go frequently.

They were about to close and the sweet ladies waited for me to go back to get some I almost forgot and they were friendly as well

I really like this place over LensCrafters or whatever big chain stores I’ve been to.

In the future it would be really helpful if any questions that I have at all could be answered by your receptionist. When I asked her how long it would take for glasses repairs (on average) she told me, varies. When I asked her what glasses repairs cost, she said it varies. When I asked her if I could get one use trials for my contacts, she said, I’ll get back to you but she never got back to me. In sales, this is a HUGE no no.

I’m sure you guys are above free sales advice...

Fell and destroyed my sunglasses. Took them in hoping to buy new frames and use the old lenses. He fixed them and only charged me $5! I always get great service at Council Opticians in Lockport. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Ranaldi was very friendly , as was the staff.

I literally just left with my new glasses. This place is amazing! Quick service and extremely helpful and friendly staff. I’ve always had very thick lenses because my prescription/eyes are so horrible. I took the advice of Scott and had Council Opticians work on my lenses instead of my insurance company. I am very happy I made that decision because my lenses are practically nonexistent on the sides of my new glasses. I’ve never had thin lenses in glasses before. This is great! I would highly recommend this place!

Always a great experience at council opticians. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful (because we all know it’s hard to pick the right pair of glasses) Today I got to watch the process of how they cut out the lens and grind them down for the frames. I even got to try the grinding out too :) It was pretty cool to see how it’s actually done. 👍🏻 Thumbs up. Definitely recommended for any of your eyewear needs.
