iCare Centers Urgent Care

Went in for a rapid Covid test. I made an appointment the day before. They were very professional. They sent texts the day of my appointment confirming and to let me know they were running behind and adjusted my appointment before I left my house. Signage was great with clear instructions for check in. I waited in my car for them to call me in. Clinic was very clean & comfortable. Nurse and doctor were fantastic! I have highly recommended Urgent Care to others.

As any parents knows having to take a sick younger kiddo into an urgent care can be a nightmare but to my surprise and my son’s it was the best experience we’ve ever had dealing with urgent cares and even far faster than the pediatrician’s office ever is! Even with labs we were taken such great care of quickly and our practitioner Dustin was amazing. He was quick and efficient and connected with the child patient and made sure he and I were both comfortable and taken great care of and quickly and made sure we felt comfortable with treatment plans and had info to call with any concerns after. Definitely recommend you drive a little even if it’s not close it’s worth it!

The staff here is Amazing! Summer the receptionist was so quick to get my info in and get me back. Ashley the nurse was caring and kind with me.
Dustin the care provider was so Awesome! He listened to me and really took into account everything I was saying. He also talked in detail about my illness and the care plan. I definitely felt my health was in great hands.

This facility is wonderful! The staff is very friendly and they have always taken great care of my family here! I highly recommend this for anyone who needs urgent care especially on the weekends! Pam is amazing and listens to everything you have to say, thank you so much for taking care of us!
